TOWN OF DECATUR PLANNING COMMISSION
Wednesday, January 5, 2011 – 7:30 PM


The Planning Commission for the Town of Decatur met at the Town Hall on January 5, 2011 and was called to order at 7:30 PM by Chrm. Schwartz. Committee members Dennis Schwartz, Joel Nieman, and Loren Riemer were present. Members Jaine Winters and Larry Malcook were absent. Notice was posted at the Town Hall, posted on the Town WebSite, and published in the December 29, 2010 Independent Register. The minutes of October 12, 2010 were approved as printed.
The Commission considered the Land Division Request from Jeffrey Blizard for property on Windy Lane. The commission reviewed the application and discussed it. No one had any problems or concerns with the division. Motion to approve the request was made by Riemer, seconded by Nieman. Chrm. Schwartz called for a roll call vote. Votes cast were: Nieman – aye, Riemer – aye, Schwartz – aye. The motion carried 3-0. Chrm. Schwartz will forward the Planning Commission recommendation to the Town Board for their consideration.
Motion to adjourn was made by Nieman, seconded by Riemer and carried 3-0. Chrm. Schwartz adjourned the meeting at 7:37 PM.
